At the beginning of October, our group hosted the BIOACTION project consortium in CAAD. The consortium gathered to discuss progress and next steps.

Lia Rimondini welcomed everyone and introduced the CAAD facilities, including the UPO biobank, the BIOACTION coordinator, Luigi Ambrosio, welcomed new team members, and then the participants dived into the details of each work package.

During the meeting, participants shared updates and discussed strategies to keep the project on track. This gathering was a valuable opportunity to align the partners’ efforts and network with the hosting institution and the members of the INNOVATION Lab.

Looking ahead, the BIOACTION project is preparing for several events to disseminate the anticipated results and engage with the broader scientific and medical communities. Our group is excited about the progress made and looks forward to the next steps in the project!
