What a fantastic milestone! We proudly celebrated the graduation of our Master’s students in October. After successfully presenting their outstanding thesis projects, they are now well-equipped and ready to embrace exciting new adventures, both within academia and in the professional world! We couldn’t be happier for them.
Spotlight on Our Graduates
We highlight the exceptional research of two of our freshly graduated Masters of Science:
1. Valentina Radini
Valentina Radini’s Master of Science research culminated in a significant thesis: “A NOVEL 3D OSTEOSARCOMA MODEL TO INVESTIGATE THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD STIMULATION.” Her work is a brilliant blend of engineering and oncology, establishing an advanced 3D cellular model to precisely evaluate the impact of Electromagnetic Field stimulation on bone cancer cells. This research is a key step toward developing new, targeted treatment strategies for Osteosarcoma.
Well done, Valentina! We’re all proud of your achievement and can’t wait to see the next steps in your journey!

2. Myriam Antonaci
Myriam’s Master of Science work culminated in a highly relevant thesis titled: “A 3D-PRINTED MODEL OF OSTEOSARCOMA AIMED AT MIMICKING THE TUMOR MICROENVIRONMENT.” Her research used innovative 3D printing technology to develop a functional model of the Osteosarcoma environment, offering a promising new platform for cancer research and the development of personalized medicine.
Well done, Myriam! We’re all proud of your achievement and can’t wait to see the next steps in your journey!
